What You Should Expect From our Free
Damage Assessment:

1) The Inspection : This is a 100% free, no-obligation inspection of your roof conducted by one of our field assessors. They will be looking at your roof, gutters, vent caps, siding, etc. for any signs of wind or hail damage. They will be looking for broken shingles, slipped shingles, missing shingles, hail damaged shingles, wind-blown shingles, soft metal hail damage, or any other signs that would point to storm damage to the exterior of your home. They will document all evidence of damage with digital photos, and then discuss with you their findings and suggestions.

2) The Adjuster’s Meeting : When the claim is filed, most likely the insurance company will tell you that an adjuster will contact you within 24 hours with an appointment date/time. When the adjuster calls you, first step is to be sure to get your claim number. Get the adjusters full name, office phone number, cell phone number, and possibly an email address. Provided that you sign an Insurance Repair Contingency Contract allowing us to meet with your insurance company on your behalf, we will meet with your insurance adjuster on your roof, the day of the adjuster appointment that has been set by your insurance company. One of our field assessors will be on site during the Adjuster’s meeting to make sure that all of the storm damage is properly noted. Not all, but some adjusters are only looking out for the best interest of the insurance company, not the homeowner. With your signed agreement, we would be representing you and looking out for your best interest to ensure that your claim is handled fairly and all damages to your roof are properly noted by the insurance company. After all, you pay your premiums every month right? We want to see you get the most fair and honest assessment allotted.

3) The Sign-up : After your insurance adjuster has agreed to cover the damage the storm caused to your home; he will supply you with a summary report also known as an Insurance Scope of Loss. Once you have provided a copy of that summary report to our office, we will go through the report to verify that there are no discrepancies. We will then schedule another appointment with you to discuss the details of the contract, and let you select from samples of your shingle options such as color, design, texture.

4) The Delivery : Once you have chosen your shingle color and agreed to the terms of the Materials Contract, your order is then passed over to our Production Development Team. A few days prior to the beginning of your roof replacement, our Field Operations Supervisor will contact you regarding the delivery and placement of your materials and dumpster (if needed). Once your materials have been delivered, a representative from our company will confirm the accuracy of the delivery with our vendor.

5) The Installation: Prior to the actual installation, one of our representatives will take note of anything that will require extra protection, and document with digital photos. Once the crew is on site and begins working, our representative will be there multiple times throughout the installation process to ensure that the crew has everything they need, and to make sure that you are getting the quality job that we have promised you.

6) The Final Inspection: Upon completion of installation, our representative will come out and complete a thorough inspection to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new roof. At that time, your file will be turned over to our billing department. They will send your insurance company a completion certificate so that any recoverable depreciation your insurance company is holding will be released to you. The billing department will also send you a final invoice for you to submit your final payment for the work completed.
